it exceeded expectations compared to other hotels I've stayed in Japan. The shower was excellent, and the staff were attentive, although their English was limited. The nearby Hillvalley Coffee Lab was a nice discovery for coffee lovers, which made mornings enjoyable.

Positive, I can't rate this place highly enough. The laundry setup is super convenient, and the breakfast is worth every yen. Everything was fresh and clean, and the bed exceeded my expectations.
